We are so excited to invite you into this intimate sound bath experience led by Karen of Soul Embodiment Wellness. This is your moment to slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space surrounded by other amazing women.
Using sound healing instruments, this session is meant to help you release tension, ground your energy, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
✨ Doors open at 2:30 PM so you can get settled and comfortable before we begin promptly at 3:00 PM
✨ How to Prepare
Please avoid alcohol for at least 12 hours before and after
Dress comfortably
Come with an open mind and heart
La Paz Wellness will also be gifting sample body oils for you to take home which is such a beautiful little extra touch 🫶🏼
