Our 24-Hour Comprehensive Sculpt Teacher Training is a high-energy, music-driven program designed to give you everything you need to teach confidently, powerfully, and with your own signature edge.Whether you’ve taught before or you’re brand new to leading classes, you’ll learn the foundations of Sculpt, build your coaching voice, and leave ready to lead classes that are seamless, effective, and so fun.
Training will be held on Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25 from 7:30am – 5:30pm at our Mequon studio.
You'll Learn:
• The key components of a Sculpt class and how to seamlessly blend strength, cardio, and flow
• Proper form, alignment, and modifications so you can coach safely & effectively
• Musicality, timing, and how to teach to the beat for maximum energy
• How to build class segments that burn in the best way for maximum results

• Create playlists that hype your class, match the energy, and drive the workout
• Structure Sculpt classes effortlessly using our proven format
• Practice teach until your cueing, rhythm, and leadership feel natural and confident
