Our 24-Hour Comprehensive Mat Pilates Teacher Training is designed to give you everything you need to step into teaching with confidence, even if you’ve never led a class before. You’ll learn the foundations of Pilates, practice teaching with supportive feedback, and leave ready to lead classes that are both powerful and approachable.
Training will be held on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8 from 7:00am – 5:30pm at our Mequon studio
