Join us for a morning of movement, wellness, and connection as we celebrate the launch of Micaela Riley's limited-edition Be Balanced Smoothie collaboration with Billie's Grocery and Metagenics! We’ll begin with a signature, sculpt-style deep core workout led by Micaela, inspired by her renowned Be Balanced Co. method, followed by smoothies and an intimate Q&A covering all-things nutrition, strength training, and balance. Guests will receive a curated gift bag featuring some of Micaela’s favorite wellness brands, including OSEA Malibu, ILIA Beauty, Gaiam, Sky & Sol, Weddell Water, Chomps, Loonen, Metagenics, Billie’s Grocery, and more.
