Make your own scrying mirror and learn how to work with it in this two-part workshopBuild your very own scrying mirror, under the guidance of a long-practicing witch!
Scrying is an ancient form of divination that involves gazing into an item or surface as a way to receive messages or images for interpretation. It's been practiced around the world for thousands of years. Mirrors are just one medium you can use to scry. Even Nostradamus reportedly used a mirror for his predictions.
Deb, practicing witch of 30+ years and Head Faerie Wrangler at Where Faeries Live, is hosting a two-part workshop for making your own scrying mirror. This is a specific tool used only or divination. Typically, Deb reserves this workshop for students in her more intensive classes, but this is your chance to make your own scying mirror and learn how to work with it!
Because the mirrors need time to dry, this workshop will happen over two sessions one week apart:
- Thursday, April 23rd (6:30pm to 8:30pm) - Learn more about scrying mirrors, and begin crafting your own mirror
- Thursday, April 30th (6:30pm to 8:30pm) - Assemble your completed mirror, and learn how to scry with it
Ticket price includes BOTH dates, and attendees are expected to show up for BOTH dates.
