Reinsve plays Nora, a successful stage actress who, along with her sister Agnes (Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas), reunites with their estranged father Gustav Borg (a mesmerising Stellan Skarsgård) – a once-renowned film director planning a major comeback with a script based on his family.
