Musician and author Dee Calhoun is a veteran of the international doom metal scene and was the final voice of cult heavyweights Iron Man. Now signed to Black Doomba Records, he has forged a distinct solo path that blends the weight and atmosphere of doom with the intimacy of a singer-songwriter. Armed with only his voice, acoustic guitar, and raw storytelling, Dee delivers what many have called acoustic doom — songs steeped in darkness, redemption, and the grit of lived experience. His performances are haunting yet deeply human, channeling the heavy spirit of doom metal through stripped-down arrangements that hit as hard emotionally as any wall of amps.
Opening up the night is Golden Orphans, the lo-fi indie project of George Peters with dark, raw songs about obsession, betrayal, and the weird side of love. Gritty guitar and visceral vocals, stripped down and unpolished.
