In this class students will choose from an assortment of pre-foiled scrap glass pieces. Using the pieces they will create 4 sides to build a square candle shelter. Each side will be the colors and shapes of their choosing. This is a stained glass piece, and comes complete with a battery operated candle. Size is approximately 4" wide, height will vary depending on each students' creation but most are approximately 6" high. Once designed, students will solder each side, clean, patina (if desired), polish, then the actual build will happen. It's a lot of fun! Some glass cutting and foiling may be required, but I find most of the time, the scraps are good to go. :) Class size is limited to 6 people. Cost is $60.00.
Pre-registration is needed for all classes. Please call 715.two 81.0173 to register. You may pay by credit card over the phone, mail a chick (made out to Mary Beisner), or drop off cash.
Please wear closed toed shoes to class, it is a glass shop. 🙂
The shop is located behind the garage, please follow the sidewalk to the left, off of the driveway, and you’ll find it.
If your plans change and you must cancel, please cancel at least 10 days in advance for a full refund. Failure to do so will result in losing your class fees.
Private classes are encouraged, a minimum of 4 students are needed, maximum of 6 for private classes.
