School Supply Swap

A free School Supply Swap will be held 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 15, at South View Middle School, 4725 South View Lane, and volunteers are needed to help make the event a success.
The City of Edina is teaming up with Edina Give and Go and Edina Community Education to collect new or gently used items such as pens and pencils, erasers, crayons, markers, folders, binders, composition books, scissors and rulers. Backpacks in good condition also are sought. Items should be appropriate for students in kindergarten through high school. No clothing or gear will be accepted.
Drop off items from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays now through Aug. 14 at Think Bank, 3655 Hazelton Road; Edina Community Center, 5701 Normandale Road; or Edina Fire Station 2, 4401 W. 76th St. A collection area will be in the lobbies; please do not leave items outside the buildings.
