SNOW WHITE: THE QUEEN'S FAIR DAUGHTER
Tuesday, March 23, 2027 at 10 AM
Suggested: All ages
Stage play | Runtime: Approx. 75 minutes, no intermission
This version of Snow White is based on the oral story told to the Brothers Grimm in 1808 and differs from later Grimm versions in several ways. Unlike the more familiar tale, the queen in this story is Snow White’s biological mother, not a stepmother, and the king plays a significant role in the narrative. The story emphasizes the evolving relationship between Snow White and her mother: while the queen adores her daughter, Snow White’s growing curiosity and closeness to her father create tension
