About this Event

UF/IFAS Extension in partnership with Seminole County Public Schools wants to train you to help in our many school gardens! This training is for Seminole County School Dividend Volunteers and will cover how to start and maintain a school garden.

If you don't mind getting your hands a little dirty, and want to ensure that our kids know that a tomato doesn't just come from the store, come learn how you can help! We will be covering:

• Vegetable gardens
• Hydroponic Gardens
• Pollinator Gardens
• Seed Starting
• Natural Growing Practices
• .......and more!

We welcome you to explore our demonstration gardens either before or after the event.

Cancellation policy: Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked. If class is cancelled you will receive a notification to the e-mail that is provided during the registration process.
