This class will help you understand your birth options & rights; learn about labor, pre-labor signs, onset of labor, nutrition & exercise.
About this Event

The Childbirth Education Classes are provided free of charge in both English and Spanish and are offered as a four-part series. Participants should be between 22 and 35 weeks pregnant during the scheduled class dates. Each participant is welcome to bring one support person. Please note that space is very limited, with only 14 spots available, so early registration is strongly encouraged.
