Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy

To provide the best experience for all attendees, candles, materials, seating, and refreshments are reserved based on registrations.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying the event organizer at least 48 hours before the event. Please include the new attendee's full name and email address so we can update the registration.
• Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer.
