Event overview
Scale Through People Systems is the second workshop in the Scaling in a Changing World series. This session is designed for SME founders, directors, and operations leaders who want to build stronger teams, reduce founder dependency, and create systems that support sustainable growth.
As businesses grow, many founders face the same problem: the business moves, but everything still depends on them. This workshop helps participants step back, identify where team and process gaps exist, and build clearer structures for accountability, delegation, and execution.
