About this Event
For many folks in the skilled trades, winning work comes down to how clearly and confidently you can explain what you do, who you do it for, and why you’re the right choice, without competing on price.
This hands-on workshop is designed specifically for people working in the skilled trades who want to attract better clients, quote with confidence, and clearly communicate their value.
By the end of this session, you’ll walk away with:
- A clear, confident elevator pitch you can use with customers, partners, and referrals
- A first draft of your Unique Value Proposition (UVP), tailored to your trade
- Increased confidence explaining why someone should hire you instead of the lowest bid
Who should attend
- Folks currently working in the skilled trades, at any stage of their career
- Tradespeople who are curious about the business side of their trade, even if they’ve never run a business before
- Apprentices, journeypersons, or experienced tradespeople exploring what’s next for them
- Independent contractors and trade-based business owners
- Anyone in the skilled trades who wants to better explain what they do, build confidence talking to customers, or understand their value beyond just price
