The Office of the SBA National Ombudsman, under Robert Bolen, is holding a hearing as part of our Lawfare & Regulatory Reform campaign. This event is being held in partnership with the SBA’s Office of Advocacy

We want to hear directly from small business owners — farmers, ranchers, and manufacturers — about what you have been dealing with from federal regulators, in your own words.

There is also a re-launch of the Red Tape Hotline which empowers small business owners a direct communication link with our offices regarding regulatory obstacles and other challenges.
