An evening of exceptional artistry, connection, and moments of awe. Saxophone Night opens the One Heart Virtuoso Concert Series with a showcase of the saxophone's versatility and expressive power. Featuring local luminary saxophonist Dr. Wenbo Yin and guest saxophonists Dr. Kendra Wheeler, Carrie Koffman, and Jonathan Hulting-Cohen as well as renowned pianists Elio Villafranca and Tamami Honma. A highlight is the One Heart Saxophone Quartet, bringing together the four saxophone stars in a rare collaboration featuring music by Vivaldi, Bruch, Chick Corea, Joe Hisaishi, David Salleras, and more.
