Grand Opening of the Gateway Trail Loop at Lookout Peak

The Ukiah Valley Trail Group and the City of Ukiah are excited to host the grand opening of a new four mile trail loop to hikers and mountain bikers. Each new user will be able to have their photo taken as they "cut the ribbon" to start their hike/bike. The trail climbs approximately 700 feet to a view spot where there will be music by Lhasa Summer and cold drinks. These are narrow "back-country" style trails requiring good hiking boots and moderate level mountain biking skills.
