Enjoy an evening of feel-good swing and warm-hearted entertainment with the Hot Desserts Quintet.
With tunes from the 1920s all the way through to the 1990s expect all your favourite standards - from Cole Porter to Sinatra and Gershwin – and the Hot Desserts distinctive jazz twist on the likes of Stevie Wonder and Van Morrison.
The trio is delighted to be joined by the sweet sax tones of saxophonist Simon Taylor. Simon has played for Hollywood movies and top songwriters and brings his smooth notes and exciting vibrant improvisations to the mix. Drummer James Lewis has spent over 40 years playing at prestigious London clubs with an array of top jazz acts, including Nina Simone.
