Wisdom Night: Silent Meditation & Dharma Talk in the Outer Sunset

Join us for a peaceful evening of silent meditation and an enlightening Dharma talk at the Dharma Treasury Temple a branch of Bodhi Light International (BLI) in the Outer Sunset. This event is an excellent opportunity to deepen your meditation practice whether you're just starting out or have been practicing for years. You’re welcome to ask questions about any challenges whether physical or spiritual that you may be facing in your practice. Our resident Sangha (Buddhist monastic) will be available to provide guidance.

While meditation is often linked to relaxation our American Chan meditation provides even greater benefits including profound peace and bliss achieved more quickly and deeply. With dedication and proper guidance you can enhance your skill and concentration. As your Samadhi (concentration) deepens you’ll notice improvements in all areas of your life: mental and physical health productivity creativity relationships and problem-solving.
