Autumn is the season for hearty, comforting meals, and nothing says fall like a perfectly roasted chicken. During this fun and interactive class, you and your partner will learn to prepare a succulent roasted chicken with homemade gravy and delicious sides.

We’ll dive into famous chef secrets—from Jacques Pepin’s classic technique to Martha Stewart’s elegant touches—and make it easier than you ever thought possible! You’ll also learn how to turn that leftover chicken into Waldorf chicken salad, soups, and more, plus make your own homemade chicken stock for future meals.

The Menu:

• Perfectly Roasted Chicken with Gravy
• Mashed Potatoes (with a secret family ingredient!)
• Simple Green Beans
• “Any Fruit” Crisp – Featuring apples this season, served with ice cream

Chef Cora Moon brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, from her time as a co-founder of Freedom a la Cart to her work as a baker for NorthStar Café. She’ll guide you through this intimate cooking class, sharing stories, tips, and her passion for farm-to-table and local ingredients.
