About this Event

For this Savor the Goods dinner, we're bringing you a collaboration you'll be talking about for years to come! Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring chef Steven Raichlen, known for PBS favorites Steven Raichlen's Planet Barbecue, Steven Raichlen's Project Fire, and past series Primal Grill and Barbecue University.
Steven will be in Amarillo for a special night celebrating the release of his new cookbook, arriving in October 2026. Local pitmaster Tyler Frazer, owner and operator of Tyler's Barbeque, will prepare a dinner inspired by Steven's career in the industry.
Join us for a delicious evening filled with great food, fellowship, and plenty of fun. This is one event you won't want to miss!

General Admission: This ticket includes access to our Savor the Goods dinner consisting of a multi-course meal, specialty cocktails, silent auction, and an interactive presentation on the history of barbecue by Steven Raichlen.

VIP Admission: This ticket includes access to the pre-dinner party, a meet-and-greet with Steven Raichlen, and a copy of Steven's new book "Man on Fire," which he will personally sign at the pre-dinner party!
