About this Event

This theme will run through our 21st annual 3 day conference to be held at a college, of the University of Oxford, on 26th-28th June 2026. Participants may also be eligible for our delegations to these United Nations Conferences afterwards.

This year marks the IPBES 1`2 and COP17 Convention on Biodiversity United Nations Assessments and action on Biodiversity and Ecosystems. The Green Economics Institute is taking and active part and has delegations to them.

Come and participate in the on going discussions and calls to action to halt biodiversity loss, ending the mass extinction of species and saving nature together.

There will be wonderful presentations from people most active in this area and diplomatic highlights .

There will be a special issue of our academic journal The International Journal of Green Economics and the opportunity to hear wonderful speeches and find out more about how to save nature.

The Green Economics Institute has already published two books on this subject and will be publishing more.

Agenda to be announced with speakers and campaign briefings and book project launches
