Join us May 20th at 6pm for an evening of fun and WWII History. Support the hut restoration and creation of the exhibit at Arizona Heritage Center. This evening will feature great food, music, WWII Camp Papago History, posters with historic photos and stories, 1940’s live music, special guests, community celebrations, and a great Silent Auction with many surprises!The Tempe Historic Preservation Foundation Fundraiser is raising money for the restoration and preservation of the two surviving WWII POW huts! Even more importantly, we hope to enlighten and educate folks about this WWII story, and to raise awareness and support for the project.
