Join us for a soothing sound healing session filled with calming sounds and positive vibes. It's a great way to de-stress, connect, and recharge your mind and body. Asal is a certified sound healing practitioner who has ten years of experience leading wellness-focused events centered on human connection, mindfulness, and healing. Through the use of sound, vibration, and intentional space-holding, she guides participants into a deeply restorative state that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and overall well-being.

Her background as an oncology pharmacist and burnout wellness coach informs the way she approaches each session—with both clinical insight and a deep understanding of the impact of stress and burnout on the body and mind. After experiencing burnout early in her career, Asal began exploring practices such as gratitude and sound healing to support her mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This personal journey became the foundation of the work she does today.

In addition to her private and group work, Asal partners with companies and nonprofit organizations to design meaningful wellness experiences, and has participated in speaking engagements, including on the Tedx stage.
