Experience the rhythm of nature and the body through the powerful cycle of heat, cold, and deep rest.

During this special floating sauna event, participants will rotate through the traditional sauna ritual—warming the body in the sauna, awakening the senses with cold exposure, and then allowing the body to fully integrate during a period of rest.

During the rest phase, you’ll settle into a 15-minute live Cello Experience, where the soothing vibrations of the cello invite the nervous system to soften and the body to fully absorb the benefits of the sauna cycle.

This evening is designed to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself through the elements of fire, water, and sound.
