Join us for Sauna Sundays at Jenstar in March in celebration of our 12 year Anniversary month! Forest Bay Sauna will be rolling into Jenstar with a mobile, wood-fired Nordic sauna for a 60-minute reset on March 8th + 22nd from 1-2pm.
This custom made sauna fires at a toasty 160-180 degree range. Experience the contrast of heat with the March fresh air. Enjoy a Nordic-inspired tea station between rounds. If there is snow- feel free to go make a snow angle between rounds to cool off. :)
It is recommended to wear your bathing suit for the session and robe/shirt for covering as you transition from the studio to outside sauna area. Please bring your own towels and water — each session is limited to 8 people.
