Spring isn’t just a season, it’s a portal.
The Earth wakes up, things that were dormant begin to rise, and life asks us to do the same.
2026 is not the year for abandoning yourself, suppressing your needs, or settling for the versions of you that once fit.
It’s the year of coming home to yourself... soft, honest, powerful, and whole.
But you can’t create a new chapter while carrying the old one in your nervous system.
You can’t expand into possibility when your foundation is rooted in self-doubt, overthinking, or self-betrayal.
That’s why we begin differently.
Self-Love & New Beginnings is the bridge between who you’ve been and who you’re choosing to embody moving forward.
It’s the shift from surviving yourself to supporting yourself.
From questioning your worth to embodying it.
From “maybe someday” to “this season, I rise.”

It isn’t about perfection.
And it definitely isn’t about pretending everything is fine.
It’s about belonging to yourself again.

We’ll begin with a guided workshop exploring the relationship between self-love, identity, and new season activation. Through journal prompts, reflection, and connection, you’ll identify what you’re shedding, and what you’re stepping into.
We’ll close with a Breathwork + Sound Journey designed to regulate the nervous system, soften the body, and anchor in everything you’re choosing for your next chapter.

You’re not meant to bloom alone, you’re meant to bloom supported.
🧺 What You Need to Know & Bring
• Wear loose, comfy clothing
• Bring a journal + pen
• Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, eye covering (optional)
• Avoid eating 30 minutes before breathwork
• Arrive by 9:50 AM CST to create your space
