Following the popularity of our Saturday morning pop ups, we're now bringing this experience to Wednesday afternoon and evenings in July and August.
Finnish style woodfired sauna and straight into the dock for a dip.
Hot, cold, and repeat - refreshing, exhilarating, it's a complete physical and mental reset.
Sessions are £20 pp for 50 minutes
