✨With internationally renown teachers Saulo & Julinha ✨

Discover, Drill, Dance was created to get more out of the Workshops into your actual dance with an Intense Training Time, as well as getting Individual Feedback.
This time the Saturday will be combined with our 101 How To Concept suitable for dancers of all genres. Friday & Sunday & Pre-Party workshops only for Brazilian Zouk Dancers.
Intense learning experience with
✨Saulo: is an international Brazilian Zouk teacher from Fortaleza (Brazil) he is known for his creativity, blending his knowledge in Brazilian Zouk, Lambada, WCS, contact improvisation and more as well as for his incredible adaptability, being able to dance with dancers from many different backgrounds.
✨Julinha: is the ZoukCologne headteacher at tanzraum and has been teaching workshops all over Europe, in the US and in Asia. She is known for her love for technical details, her drills and for keeping the fun up in class even with all these technical topics.

💜 Discover: Our event focusses on discovering and deconstructing skills, techniques and movements in longer 1,5h intensives focussed on your unique learning experience.
💜 Drill: on top of the longer workshops we will have + 30 min of guided practice to drill & train your new skills instead of forgetting them 🙈 you will get individual feedback from your teacher. We recommend to bring a fix dancepartner for this training time.
💜 Dance: We will dance trough the night to enjoy our new skills and just have fun together with our amazing DJs

💙 Preparty Workshops:
The Friday preparty workshops will be a deep dive with Saulo & Julinha on a very conceptual topic: "Everything is torsion"
We will discover how the unique technique of torsion in Brazilian Zouk can be used just everywhere in the dance!
The preparty workshops on Saturday will be hold by our amazing ZoukCologne Team and will be announced soon.
💙 101 How to Counterbalance Intensive with Saulo & Julinha - suitable for SBKZ & other dance genres
We will spend 2h on training the FOUNDATION of counterbalances and how to lead & follow getting in and out of them and executing them well to create a solid base for everyone who wants to learn counterbalances or train their base.
After that we will spend another 2h with MORE ADVANCED concepts of getting creative and exploring how you can create your own counterbalances and effortless go from one to the other counterbalance, for everyone who already feels comfortable with counterbalance.
Each workshop is 1,5h input + 30 min extra training time with individual feedback.
💙 Create Flow in Headmovements with Saulo & Julinha
The first 2h of this intensive is aimed at our dancers who already do headmovements but sometimes struggle to effortlessly start and finish headmovements.
Afterwards we will spend 2h on MORE ADVANCED concepts on how to create that headmovement flow that feels more comfortable, more delayed and flowy and make Brazilian Zouk such a unique dance.
Each workshop is 1,5h input + 30 min extra training time with individual feedback.
💙 101 How To Foundations - Beginners Bootcamp
3h Beginners Bootcamp for dancers with Julinha as a jump start to learn Brazilian Zouk! We will go through the most important basics so you can have fun at the parties, participate at open level workshops and jump start into level1 or level2 regular classes.
