Ready to dive into the world of fermentation? Join us for a fun, hands-on sauerkraut workshop where you’ll learn how to turn simple cabbage and salt into a probiotic-packed, nutrient-rich staple that supports gut health and food security.
Each participant will prepare and take home their own jar of sauerkraut to ferment, along with step-by-step instructions and tips for success. This will result in you having your very own jar of sauerkraut for New Years Day! She will also share information on other vegetables that are able to be fermented.
