Join us for a Saturday pop up market in the she shed at the farm!
I’m restocked on roasts! top round, rump, and eye of round; brisket, tri tip, and whole tenderloins.
I have 2 - 7 bone standing prime rib roasts for the holidays - about 16 pounds each.

All cuts and prices are listed on our website on the "our products" page at www.gaukerfarms.com. We are out or low on many items right now. Preorders help me organize things for you in advance, but you're always welcome to change your order at pick up.
We are not a "traditional" farm store. Our house porch is the "store" and we have a menu of our beef cuts. We're happy to talk about or show you any cut! Frozen beef just isn't super attractive. If it's your first time, just park in front of the barn and head for the porch. We'll meet you there!
