Saturday Morning Vinyasa

This practice is about moving and connecting with the body. It is not about perfection. Each body moves differently. We move following the breath. We listen as our body responds to movement and feel deeply the life force the flows through us. Allowig for time and space to explore, and find the joying in moving outside of the daily limitations on our movements.
This is a guided practice, while portions may prove challenging Modifications, adaptations, or opting out of certian movements is always welcomed.
