Saturday Morning Sound Bath with Nicole

Join us every 4th Saturday morning of the month (except for in April) for an immersive sound bath experience designed to bring peace and relaxation to your weekend. Our serene and cozy room softly lit and inviting awaits you for a morning of deep rest and rejuvenation. Whether you’re seeking a moment of calm amidst a busy week or simply want to start your day on a peaceful note this session is the perfect way to embrace tranquility.

The sound bath will take place in our dedicated space carefully crafted to enhance your experience. The room is equipped with soft cushioned floor mats and zero-gravity chairs allowing you to find the perfect position for comfort. We provide blankets and eye pillows to create a cocoon of warmth and serenity. The lighting is dim creating an environment that encourages relaxation while the gentle aroma of essential oils diffuses through the air adding another layer of soothing ambiance.

During the sound bath you’ll be gently guided by the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls gongs and chimes. These sounds are selected to help you release stress clear your mind and connect with a deep sense of inner calm. As you lie back and close your eyes the soothing tones will wash over you helping you drift into a state of peaceful meditation. This is a time for you to let go of any tension and simply be in the moment allowing the sounds to carry you into a place of stillness.

How to prepare:

– Dress in layers so you can adjust your body temperature

– Eat a full meal 2 hours before or a light snack if closer to the workshop start time

– Many like to bring Crystals and a bottle of drinking water to be cleared and amplified by the powerful tones produced by the gongs and bowls

-Cushions yoga mats bolsters eye coverings and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring your own or extra if you prefer.

– Bring a Journal and any additional items you need to feel comfortable in the space
