The Saturday Morning Sound Bath is part of the Transition Sound Bath Series — a final opportunity to experience this deeply restorative session in the current studio space before it transitions into its next chapter.This gathering is designed to clear the energetic weight of the week and open your system to renewal as you enter the weekend. The space is intentionally prepared with soft lighting, calming aromatherapy, cushioned mats, and zero-gravity chairs to support full relaxation. From the very beginning, you are invited to let go of doing and allow the sound to gently shift you into a state of deep calm.
Throughout the session, crystal bowls, metal bowls, chimes, and gongs create harmonious layers of sound that support nervous system restoration, energy balancing, and mental clarity. The experience is meditative, nurturing, and deeply restorative — ideal for those seeking peace, emotional release, or a powerful energetic reset.
