10:00–11:00 AM — Welcome + Opening Cacao Ceremony & Gentle Movement
We begin in ceremonial connection with heart-opening cacao, setting grounded intentions for the day. Drop into your body with soft, fluid movement designed to awaken your energy and prepare you for a day of clarity and expansion.
11:15 AM–12:30 PM — Smudge Bundle Creating + Cleansing Ritual
Craft your own beautiful, intentional smudge bundle using herbs, florals, and meaningful elements. Learn the cleansing ritual and how to use it to shift energy, release heaviness, and invite renewal long after the retreat ends.
12:30–1:15 PM — Nourishing Lunch
Enjoy a wholesome, delicious meal that supports grounding, connection, and mindful presence.
1:15–3:15 PM — Cosmic Clarity Vision Board Journey + Crystal Meditation
Sink into a transformative vision-crafting session designed to help you call in your next chapter with intention and soulful clarity.

3:15–4:15 PM — Gentle Yoga + Sound Bath

4:15 PM — Closing Circle
We gather one final time to share reflections, express gratitude, and close the container with intention, grounding, and community.
