Saturday Morning Outdoor Yoga @Jurong Lake Gardens

I invite you to a small group hatha yoga class that is suitable for yoga beginners and newcomers. The class is usually a small group of usually not more than 4 pax. Enjoy practising yoga outdoors!

Session will include breathing and loosening exercises to prepare you for the asanas (poses), and we will end with relaxation and pranayamas.

Things to bring
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Small towel
- Optional mosquito repellent
- An open mind

I will usually send you an individual email at least a day before with meeting details and contact number.

Private yoga class/therapy or Corporate Yoga Class
If you will like private individual/group classes or yoga therapy (e.g. for weight loss, back pain, knee pain, constipation, migraine, insomnia, anxiety etc) at your convenient time, fees apply - do chat with me! Or contact via Lalang Life or WhatsApp

Note: In case of rain or otherwise, the session shall be cancelled and not proceed. I will try my best to inform you of such cancellation via meetup at least 45 minutes before the session. I appreciate your understanding on this.

Release and waiver of liability
By your RSVP to this event, you:
- consent to the voluntary participation in the yoga session conducted by the organiser;
- understand that you should consult a physician before participating in the yoga session;
- recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the organiser of any serious illness or injury before the yoga session;
- will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain;
- assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur because of the yoga session;
- knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim you may have against the organiser, for injury or damages that you may sustain because of participating in the yoga session.
