EVERY SATURDAY @ 10AM - One short hour can reset your whole life.
NO meditation experience needed.
ALL are welcome. All ages, all genders, all belief systems.
We sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea are provided.
Exhale out the stress of the week. Go home with new practices for more calm every day.
