EVERY WEDNESDAY AT NOON. Done by 12:45 so you can get back to work or your day.
NO meditation experience needed. ALL are welcome. All ages, all genders, all belief systems.
We are casual and welcomng, sit on comfy chairs. Water and tea provided.
In less than an hour, reset your nervous system and access calm.
