Saturday Morning Lazy Yoga & Meditation in the Park

Hey guys! Let's gather at the park this Saturday morning! It's going to be super warm this Saturday, so let's gather at 8:15 for the perfect temperature! We'll have shade and we'll have sun. You pick! Maybe some of both. Just show up! :-)
We'll be there for an hour of restorative stretching and ooey gooey meditation in the park this Saturday morning! Bring your coffee and good vibes to start your weekend. Throw in a yoga mat and a smile, and we are all set! I'll definitely have a sound bowl or two for this one! 🙂
