SATURDAY DAY PASS - 2026 Midwinter Convention

Event details

• Any chorus or quartet member competing or performing at Midwinter must purchase a FULL convention registration, as per contest rules.
• If members are found to have violated this rule, their group may be subject to disqualification.

• Flexible seating for wheelchairs or guests of ADA attendees is available. Venue staff will assist on-site.
• All levels of seating are accessible by elevator, with no specific areas to avoid for mobility needs.

• All convention registrations are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person at any time without additional fees.
• To transfer your registration to another person, or to make any updates to our registration information, please follow the instructions on your Eventbrite order confirmation.

• You will need your printed or electronic ticket to be scanned on-site.
• No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue.

• Strollers are permitted in the venue, but unless in ADA seating, you will need to climb stairs to reach your seats.
• There will be no Barbertots room at Midwinter; it is available only at the International convention.

• VIP Premium seats are reserved for BHS Donors, District Presidents, Society Board, Chapter Presidents, Hall of Fame, AIC, and AISQC Members.
