Kathy holds dear to her heart the love of movement and how it can feed our souls. Dance is ageless, and everyone who dances in their hearts can dance with their bodies.Gently wake up your body's pathways, awareness of core strength and balance. Dance with your own expression as you follow structured guidance in contemporary dance choreography. Class starts on the floor with a short and soft release section and progresses to standing movement and some pathway dance across the floor. A short choreographic section to finish — with room for your own interpretation. No jumping in this class.
This class is offered as a sessional or Drop-In only and is not part of full-year registration.
