We’ll explore use across children, adolescents, and adults, including both directive and non-directive approaches.
Participants will:
Understand directive and non-directive approaches in Sand Therapy
Build confidence integrating sand therapy into play therapy practice
Identify materials needed to create a sand therapy space
Learn practical ways to engage clients and families in sand tray work
Develop competency in observing and understanding client processes within the sand tray
Spend the day in experiential learning and leave with practical tools to confidently begin incorporating Sand Therapy into your clinical work.
