Sand & Sea Community Event: Groundswell Community Project

What to Expect:

• Arrive and settle in with coffee, donuts, and the Groundswell community.

• Gentle grounding and intention-setting, guided by Groundswell facilitators & therapists.

• Open space to move with the ocean—surf, walk, swim, or simply be.

What You’ll Gain:

• Take a moment to reconnect — with yourself, the water, and community.

• Experience a glimpse of Groundswell’s trauma-informed approach to healing through the ocean.

• Whether riding waves or resting in the sand, find what feels right for you.

• Be part of a growing community, gathering regularly to share space and connection.

This is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and let the ocean meet you where you are.

Please note that photography will be captured during the event for future Groundswell community content. Attendees will have access to photos and videos after the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let a Groundswell team member know upon arrival.

This event is free to attend, with a suggested minimum donation of $15 to support our community surf therapy programs. Donations are optional but deeply appreciated.
