Yoga and Meditation Group Class

At ActiveMed Integrative Health Center, we are always exploring integrative and holistic approaches to support your well-being. We are excited to announce a Yoga and Meditation group class, led by RYT 200, Michelle Bulda, that will offer you relaxation, healing, and a deeper sense of balance.

What to Expect:

Immerse yourself in a revitalizing experience of yoga and meditation guided by experienced Yoga Instructor, Michelle Bulda. Yoga is an ancient practice that fosters relaxation, stress relief, and the alignment of energy within the body. Meditation utilizes mindfulness and breath to calm the nervous system and mind while enhancing overall well-being. When combined, these practices cultivate a tranquil and safe space for your physical and emotional health. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga and meditation, this session offers a welcoming space for all. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member if you wish to share this healing experience with them.
