I’m so happy to to be returning to our beautiful location, and to be offering this small weekend gathering for a special group of people at such a great time of year. We’ll be celebrating the autumn equinox, the time of year where we give thanks for the year, for what we’ve gathered physically and emotionally, and find comfort and blessings to take us through winter.
Around 1.5 hours drive from Copenhagen, away from the village, over the hills, at the end of the quiet track, lies our location. Nestled in a nature reserve and eco-park, the modest C17th farmhouse is minutes walk away from Skånes highest waterfall amongst others, and a short drive to the beach. We also have beautiful indoor and outdoor dining and practice space.
The experience is focused on loving nature and living sustainably - food (prepared by our chef) will be organic with a zero waste policy, and we’ll source what we can from nearby. It will be an alcohol-free weekend, we’ll provide delicious wines and cocktails to suit. The home is cosy, equipped, and with a superb sauna and fireplaces for extra-hygge times.
Starting on Friday evening with a full moon ceremony, we’ll have a movement session twice a day. My focus is on offering accessible practices, so we’ll do Qigong, Yin, relaxation, and things to suit the weekend’s purpose - releasing. Our days will be filled with the sights, sounds and smells of nature, swimming in the waterfalls and lying in the grass with the cat.
