En enkel men kraftfull klass där du har möjlighet och öka din närvaro i kroppen, släppa taget på dagens bestyr och komma tillbaka till din energi och tillåta musiken och rörelserna att få dansa dig. Vi dansar en hel våg där vi låter kroppen få uttrycka sig på sitt helt naturliga sätt i varje rytm som står för en specifik energi och ger utrymme för alla delar av oss så att vi kan blomstra fullt ut.
🍂 OM DE 5RYTMERNA
De 5Rytmerna är en enkel men kraftfull rörelse- och dansmeditation. De 5Rytmerna består av Flöde, Stackato, Kaos, Lyrik och Stillhet och bildar en våg av energi där vi har möjlighet att komma i kontakt med vår kropp, hitta ett flow, släppa taget om allt det vi inte behöver hålla fast vid längre. När vi kommer i kontakt med vår livsenergi och glädje blir vi också mer närvarande och vi kan frigöra vår kraft som så ofta är gömd inom oss. Vi skapar ett utrymme för oss där våra unika kvalitéer kan få komma fram. Ingen koreografi att följa och ingen tidigare erfarenhet behövs.

Jag är Certifierad 5Rhythms® Teacher av Gabrielle Roth i USA och håller klasser och workshops runt om. Sen många år tillbaka arbetar jag med The Inner Child Work, Counseling och Core Integration Bodywork & Yogamassage som jag bl a arbetat med på Osho International Meditation Resort i Indien, på Baravara i Dalarna, i Italien och i Verbier, Schweiz.

A simpel yet powerful class where you have the posibility to increase your presence in your body, letting go of your daily tasks and get back to your energy och let the music and the movements dance you. We will dance a wave where we let the body express in it's natural way in each wave which stands for a specific energy and we can make space for all parts of us so that we can thrive fully.

The 5Rhythms is a powerful movement practise and a dance meditation made for everyone. The different rhythms, Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, create a wave of energy, which allow us to get in touch with our feelings and to express the beauty of our inner world as energy in motion.
We can release our tensions in a playful way and let go of what we no longer need to hold on to. By moving with this wave of energy we unleash the power, which is hidden within us. We create a space where our unique qualities can become alive. No previous experience is needed and no choreography to follow.
