This International Women's day, allow Yogi Claire to take you on an immersive and heartfelt journey of rest, ritual, remembrance and self devotion in the peaceful garden haven of Luna Moss studio. Empower yourself to press pause, rekindle self care and come home to yourself.

Beginning with a grounding, heart opening cacao ceremony, this mini retreat for women will gently guide you through restorative yin yoga, meditation, breath practices, poetry, self reflection, self care rituals, earth wisdom, yoga nidra, nervous system rewiring techniques, sound healing + much more, all aimed to facilitate a deep remembering of your femininity.

After our practice you are invited to share warm herbal tea, healthy snacks and reflective conversation.

Come as you are and allow your heart to open to the inherent wisdom within.

THINGS TO NOTE:

Our studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, cushions, blankets, blocks and eye pillows, but feel free to bring anything that brings you comfort.

Latecomers will not be admitted.

Due to the intimate and cosy nature of our venue, spaces are limited for this event. If you can no longer attend please let me know at your earliest convenience as there may be someone on a wait list who could benefit from the practice.

Not suitable for anyone who has pacemaker, epilepsy, tumors, metal plates/implants or during pregnancy.
