That’s why we’re inviting YOU to our Open Day! Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or it’s just been a while, this is the perfect opportunity to come and see what we’re all about - no pressure, no sales pitch, just real people helping real people.

💪 A chance to try a beginner-friendly class – led by one of our experienced personal trainers, designed to be fun and accessible.

🧠 Chats with our coaching team – ask questions, get honest advice, and learn how we can support your goals.

👀 A tour of the gym – see the space, the equipment, and how everything works (spoiler: it’s way less intimidating than you think!).

☕ A relaxed, friendly vibe – meet other beginners and enjoy a cuppa with us afterwards.

We know everyone starts somewhere — and we’re here to make sure you feel confident from the very beginning.

Starting at 10:30am, we’ll take you through a taster session so you can experience what our classes are like. Afterwards, enjoy a coffee in our newly refurbished chill area, where you can ask any questions you may have about what we offer at Sanctuary.
