🌞 Outdoor Yoga @ Greasley Castle Farm 🌿 Another beautiful season of yoga in nature is here, and I’m so grateful to return to the peaceful, soul-nourishing fields of Greasley Castle Farm.
There’s something magical about practicing yoga under the open sky—moving, breathing, and reconnecting with the earth. 💫

✨ 90 mins of yoga, breathwork & meditation
✨ Gentle flowing movement for joy and grounding
✨ Deep relaxation surrounded by birdsong and fresh air
✨ Suitable for all levels (beginners always welcome!)
🍵 After our practice, enjoy complimentary tea, coffee & little treats—and time to connect with our lovely community 💛
